We run small Chinese classes for children in Mechelen. Children are grouped by age and Chinese level and learn through stories, conversation and hands-on activities.

Questions from parents
Can my child join with no Chinese experience?
Yes. Children new to Chinese start with listening and speaking, with characters introduced gradually; children who already speak Chinese focus more on characters and reading. Feel free to talk to us first.
How do we choose the right group?
Discover Chinese starts with picture-based characters and basic strokes, without pinyin. Progress in Chinese covers pinyin and first-grade Chinese texts. We decide together, based on age, everyday languages and Chinese level.
Where and when are classes held?
Every Sunday at Stationsstraat 18, 2800 Mechelen: Discover Chinese 14:00–15:30, Progress in Chinese 16:00–17:30. Contact us about available spots and enrolment. View the calendar →
